FAQ
Q: I know I bought this image from EZSets, but it says it didnt come from EZSets, whats up? A: Either you uploaded a thumbnail instead of the full image, or you have modified the image with a program that can't preserve the extra data in the image. Some image programs do not know how to handle the extra data, called IPTC data and EXIF. The EZSets system does not store this data inside the thumbnails in our older sets as well.
Q: How come there is no camera (EXIF) information in many of the EZSets images? A: Our system does not preserve EXIF data that is received from our original camera images. Eventually our system will be upgraded when the technology is available to do this.
Q: Why can't you tell me who I bought this image from if it wasn't from you? A: We utilize the technology and standards others have created, such as the IPTC standard. We can't force other content providers to use this technology and save the required information in their images. We do this as a free feature to you, and hope others will follow!
Q: Can you tell me which EZSets set this image came from? A: Yes! When you upload an image that came from EZSets, all of this information is displayed to you, and you can click on the set or image number to load the set.
Q: I found this image on the web. Can you tell me which one of your customers bought it, or has a license to use it? A: Yes! We are currently in the process of implementing this feature. |
